WHAT WE SUPPORT
IOT
Monitor It All, All In One Space
Need to monitor office spaces that contain a diverse range of IoT devices or video conferencing rooms with AV equipment like Poly, Cisco, Teams, or Zoom Rooms? With VisibilityOne, you can gain insight on the status of your critical IP connected components and services.
With VisibilityOne you can group devices to create a virtual space and monitor a large range of IP devices and services. Going beyond just a ping (ICMP echo), we discover the TCP services running on the device and monitor the services itself to ensure the device is really operational. Receive real-time alerts when devices fail and view your collaboration space all in one view.
With traditional SNMP monitoring, special network ports need to be opened. Depending on the version of the SNMP, this can be a security risk; plus, SNMP doesn’t detect frozen or non responsive services. With VisibilityOne’s IoT monitoring, no special ports need to be open. Plus, we detect when an application becomes unresponsive, giving you a true up/down of the IoT device.
